Your high value impact to our customers?

• Conduct research on financial services trends (retail banking, private banking, insurance, payments, wealth management).


• Track MiFID II, ESG, AML/KYC, DORA, PSD2 and integrate compliance requirements into product design.


• Define product roadmaps aligned with client strategic objectives.


• Draft specifications and coordinate with IT and business teams.


• Apply Design Thinking and customer journey mapping to improve user experience.


• Lead workshops with business stakeholders, compliance officers, and IT.


• Ensure clear communication between clients, technical teams, and regulators.


• Manage product lifecycles from ideation to deployment and post-launch monitoring.


• Contribute to DynaFin’s advisory services in digital customer solutions.

🎓 Education: Master’s in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or Information Management, or equivalent through professional experience.

👨‍💼 Experience: 3–5 years minimum as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in financial institutions or consulting.

📊 Skills: Strong knowledge of financial products (lending, payments, insurance,...), familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management, proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

🌐 Languages: French or Dutch, with English (mandatory).
