You will be part of a team working on financial applications in the banking sector. The mission involves both enhancement projects and maintenance tasks. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that functional solutions are well-designed, documented, and aligned with operational, legal, and strategic requirements.


Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document functional requirements based on business needs


• Define and validate functional flows, use cases, and specifications


• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testers throughout the delivery cycle


• Create and maintain documentation including software requirements, data models, manuals, and test plans


• Define and execute  test plans and support UAT coordination


• Ensure traceability of requirements and alignment with architecture and compliance standards


• Support production incidents and perform root cause analysis


• Contribute to process optimization and data quality remediation initiatives


• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst


• Proven experience in the banking sector is mandatory


• Language skills: Fluency in two of the following – English, French, Dutch


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional designs


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
