As a Business Analyst you play a key role in our customers change projects!

🎓 Education: Master’s degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or related field – or equivalent experience.

👨‍💼 Experience: Professional experience in Non-Life Insurance. A first experience in change projects is a plus.

📊 Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, strong team player, effective communication at all levels, solid ability to manage priorities. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). SQL & advanced Excel are a plus. Familiarity with non-life insurance regulations (solvency standards, compliance, legal aspects) is an advantage. 🌐 Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch, French & English. Able to participate in meetings in any of these languages.
