• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.


• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, IT teams, and project managers to align on priorities and deliverables.


• Participate in the development and implementation of banking solutions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.


• Conduct workshops and interviews with key users to define business processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.


• Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, process flows, functional specifications, and test scenarios.


• Support testing phases by validating delivered functionalities against requirements and assisting users during UAT.


• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.


• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

👨‍💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in the banking sector (retail, private, or corporate). Project experience in Waterfall or Agile methodologies.

📊 Skills: Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset, able to quickly grasp complex business topics, Excellent communication with both technical & non-technical stakeholders, Familiar with MS Office, Jira/Confluence, BPMN tools, Data analysis software knowledge is a plus

🌐 Languages: Fluency in at least two of the following – English, French, Dutch (written & spoken).
