🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

👨‍💼 Experience: 3 to 5 years in business process analysis, modeling, or automation-related roles

📊 Skills: Proficiency in BPMN and tools such as CELONIS, ARIS, or Visio. Strong analytical and documentation skills. Familiarity with workflow and RPA integration is a plus. Understanding of the RPA project lifecycle and related documentation standards. Good overall understanding of business process logic and structure. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities. Experience in the financial sector is a strong asset.

🌐 Languages: Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the other language
