DynaFin Consulting is hiring a Project Manager with professional experience in financial services. Have you led projects in banking and/or insurance, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables? Or have you successfully coordinated teams to implement operational or digital initiatives? Your high value impact to our customers?



  • Manage multi-dimensional aspects of projects, including Process, Operations, Compliance, Change, Business Requirements, and IT.

  • Take full responsibility for a dedicated scope within the program, supporting the Program Manager in governance and decision-making.

  • Coordinate and implement the project roadmap, ensuring planning, scope, and deliverables are on track.

  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing process efficiency, operational management, and business outcomes.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.

  • Oversee project closure, documentation, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement feedback.

Profil


  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking sector.

  • Proven experience managing transformation, implementation or regulatory projects.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience working with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other language.
