Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in investment products (securities/custody) to support the delivery of business and regulatory initiatives.
You will act as the link between business and IT, ensuring that solutions are well-defined, validated, and successfully implemented.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and team members to refine requirements and solutions
- Perform impact analysis and translate business, regulatory, and process needs into clear requirements
- Build and support business cases for proposed solutions
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity and completeness of specifications
- Lead and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Coordinate and support change activities (launch, go-live, releases)
- Report on progress and status to relevant stakeholders
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in securities/custody
- Strong knowledge of investment products and processes
- Experience in Retail and/or Private Banking environments
- Proven experience in Agile environments and project delivery
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and features
- Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, structured, and problem-solving mindset
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Agile certification is a plus
- Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French
