We're looking for a Junior Business Analyst with experience in Custody and/or Trade Support to join one of our clients in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.


• Analyze and improve operational processes.


• Translate business needs into functional requirements.


• Support UAT, defect follow-up, and implementation activities.


• Collaborate with business, operations, and IT stakeholders.


• Maintain process documentation and support change initiatives.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a banking operations role.


• Experience in Custody, Securities Services, or Trade Support.


• Understanding of the securities trade lifecycle and post-trade processes.


• Experience with requirements gathering and testing.


• Strong analytical and communication skills.


• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.


• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
